AER 2024 Summit Point Supplement

June 28 -30, 2024

This event will feature practice sessions and a 2 hour qualifying race on Friday and 8 hour races on Saturday and Sunday.
You may enter the paddock after 7:00pm on Thursday. Thursday’s renter may wrap up early and allow access earlier but we won’t know that ahead of time.
SPECTATORS will be charged $15 online or $20 at the gate. Tickets will include general parking (adjacent to the gate). Tickets are good for Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Camping is provided courtesy of AER on Thursday, Friday & Saturday nights. This means the gate will be open and staffed on those nights so you may come and go.
The flying of any drones is strictly prohibited
The sound level limit for all vehicles is 103dB, measured 50 feet from the centerline of the track. Measurement is made on the A weighting scale, slow response.
Track walks are permitted each evening after the track goes cold. No motorized vehicles allowed.
Quiet Time — no “race engines” or other loud vehicles may be run either on track, in the paddock, or in any area of the Park prior to 7 a.m. or after 7 p.m.
Chez Summit will be open from 7:30 – 2:00 for breakfast, lunch and ❄️ICE❄️ on all three days of this event.

8:30 – 12:00 HPDE & Transponder/RFID Test (street/track cars with AER “SP” sticker and race cars with AER 2024 Tech sticker)

12:00 – 1:00 Lunch Break & New Drivers Meeting (in classroom)

1:00 – 2:30 Race Practice (only cars with AER 2024 Tech Sticker)

2:55 – 3:20 Grid

3:30 – 5:30 Qualifying Race
